This hatch chart is intended for use by fly fishermen in the mountains of North Carolina, Virginia & Tennessee. The hatch dates will
vary by the altitude of the streams you fish. Weather & other factors may also play a part in the hatches you observe. Make sure to
match your flies to the insects you observe more closely in size & color than any other characteristics. Exact duplications aren't
always necessary, but will make for a better & more precise presentation.
