Long time faculty member at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Fly fisherman since the early 1950s, with experience from Hudson Bay to Belize, Alaska to Arkansas. Writer with articles and photographs published in state, regional and national outdoor magazines. Member and Past President of the Southeastern Outdoor Press Association. Member and 1st VP (President Elect) Outdoor Writers Association of America.
